In the recent “Manpower Needs Survey (2022)” conducted by CSMO Textile, 92% of companies identified recruitment as their top priority. Their second most important concern was upcoming retirements (67% of respondents). This is entirely understandable, as more than a third of companies report that over 75% of their production employees are aged 45 or over (Ref. CSMO Textile Sector Diagnostic, 2020).
